Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
With due regard to the fact that the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania
recognizes the need for the passenger transport services that will primarily operate
within the metropolitan area of the Capital City of Dodoma, connecting commuters
to a central city from adjacent suburbs or commuter towns; the Government had
decided to embark on the provision for the commuter rail transport system within
and around the Capital City towards realization of effective mobility, green transport
as well as deterring the eventual socio-economic repercussions of the anticipated
overcrowding. Advanced Engineering Solutions, in association [as a Sub-Consultant]
with Ardanuy Ingunieria S.A; Soosung Engineering Co. Ltd; International Consultants
and Technocrats Pvt. Ltd is privileged to got involved at the embryonic juncture of
providing consultancy services for the feasibility study and preliminary design for
Dodoma Capital City Commuter Trains Services of which after reification will pave
way towards setting the Capital City at a grandstand overlooking as well as
integrating with other Cities.
