Narrative Description of Project:
The core operation activity in the audited project is the incineration of the healthcare waste generated from the Hospital

Services Provided by Advanced Engineering Solutions:

1. To examine current environmental practices, health and safety practices of the Incinerator
2. To provide a comprehensive description of the activities, processes and operations including their potential impacts;
3. To review and assess compliance with all relevant national and international environmental and labour policies, laws, licenses and regulations pertaining to waste management operations;
4. To assess project strengths and weaknesses during the operation
5. To propose practical enhancement and mitigation measures for the identified positive and negative impacts associated with the incineration of healthcare waste;
6. To develop an implementable Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) and Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMP) for the project.
7. To propose a preliminary, decommission plan for the incinerator
8. To propose recommended action toward project weaknesses
