through investments in line with the established Public-Private Partnership [PPP]
frameworks which provide the important instruments for attracting investments
through PPPs constituting a cooperative venture built on the synergy of expertise of
each partner that best meets clearly defined public needs via the most appropriate
allocation of resources, risks and rewards; Advanced Engineering Solutions, in
