The Main objective of these consultancy services is to undertake Feasibility Study,
Environmental & Social Impact Assessment [ESIA],
Detailed Engineering Design and Preparation of Tender Documents for Upgrading
of Matomondo – Mlale Road (23km) in Songea District, in Ruvuma region to Bitumen Standard
Services Provided by Advanced Engineering Solutions:
1.Preparation of inception report
2.Feasibility Study including preliminary design, economic analysis and cost estimates;
3.Preliminary Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Preliminary Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) and survey of properties to be affected;
4.Detailed engineering design and cost estimates;
5.Detailed ESIA and RAP;
6.Preparation of Tender Documents.
